First Production Car With Butterfly Doors
The 33 Stradale was the first production car to have butterfly doors that opens upwards.
From the beltline upwards, the doors had a curved top line and this was making the top panel of the car all glass. Look the beauty below ;
18 Examples Different From Each Other
All 18 units where somehow different from each other. The cars were all being handmade by Carrozzeria Marazzi and each new car either had an improvement or changes due to legal requirements.
The very first two prototypes had dual headlights but this wasn't compliant with legal requirements of the street legal cars, therefore the designer Francesco Scaglione had to redesign the lights with single headlight.
There are 2 different headlight design on 33 Stradale.
Which one do you prefer? We think the original dual version is fantastic!
